Whilst the Palms Pavilion offers a range of pre-selected packages to help streamline your decision-making, if there are custom elements you wish to include, the team are always excited to discuss these with you.
Ceremony
The Green Cathedral – a natural ceremony site complete with wooden pews and enclosed by the palm forest, less than 50 metres from the venue.
Reception
A venue hire fee applies to secure your reception and covers the essentials of your event including the set-up, bar staff, furniture etc.
Packages
Palms Pavilion offers a variety of packages to suit your preferences including cocktail, seated banquet, or alternate-drop style events.

What a venue! The moment we visited Palms Pavilion we fell in love! It catered for everything we were looking for and more. Our wedding, despite the rain, was an absolute dream come true! Bec was truly amazing! She patiently worked with Brock and I every step of the way. Even going out of her way to ensure that all the details were addressed and that our day was perfect. Bec was great at assisting us with vendors and ideas. We are extremely grateful for this! On the day, Bec was amazing at coordinating all our vendors, setting up the venue as we discussed and assisting with last minute alternations due to the rain. The food was great and plentiful. None of our guests where left hungry. Palms Pavilion offered a beautiful open plan layout, ample photo location opportunities including palm forest, lake and beach. The Palms Pavilion is wet weather friendly and offers the same beautiful outlook even if it rains. Finally, It provided onsite accommodation for all our guests. This was a great opportunity to make a weekend away to celebrate with our family and friends for our wedding. This was special for us. I can’t thank Bec and the team at Palms Pavilion enough for making our wedding as amazing as it was! I would highly recommend the palms pavilion at Tiona to anyone looking for a wedding for function venue!

Absolutely everything was taken care of, the way they set up the venue and looked after our guests meant we could just relax and enjoy our day.
